We’ve got a big senior class and we’ve been talking about this season and what we wanted to accomplish together for a long time. What you do in June and July, how consistent you are, will have a huge impact on how you go out and write the end of your story as a runner at West. For everyone else the question is, how do we want to send them out?
A lot of information about changes to conditioning are detailed on the registration page, but we’ll meet via Zoom on Monday to set the stage and talk more.
