Winter Conditioning for Track season will begin on Monday 1/6! We will meet from 3:00 to about 4:45 M-F after school each week leading up to the start of the Track season on Monday 3/2.

With the start of a new training cycle and a new year, come with a new resolve to be consistent in your attitude, commitment and effort each day of each week. It’s not about what we do on any one day of training, but the SUM of what you do consistently over a period of time. It’s much easier to try to come each day and find a way to be just 1% better than it is to try to magically be 20% better the last day of the season. A steady and consistent effort over time will put us in the best position for success in the long run!
